Scoping out a project usually starts off with us asking a lot of questions to understand what the product vision is for your software product and understand if anything has been built or designed yet. Our goal is to get a good sense of where you are in your own product roadmap. We go through several rounds of discussions and research if needed, to the point where we feel comfortable putting together a proposal if we believe we can deliver a solution for your company.

Our due diligence process can take anywhere from one to several weeks depending on how large and complex a project is. During our due diligence phase, we asses several things including your projects requirements, your team's capacity and capability for guidance and feedback, your timeline, etc. The goal of our due diligence period is to deeply understand your design and technology goals and craft a proposal of a road map for your product.

Our rates and pricing depend on several factors including the length of engagement, technology stack, breadth of services, and degree of project management needed. Generally we provide clients with estimates for projects or engagements with corresponding hourly rates per role. With our nearshore model, clients can expect cost savings of approximately 20-30% compared to developing the same types of products and software in the United States.
