Asymm is always looking for highly talented and motivated individuals to join our team. Between our three main departments, Software engineering, Product design, and Quality Assurance, we look for individuals with different skills but the same core competencies:
Types of clients engagements
Asymm has two main operating models and client services that offer slightly different employee experiences depending on what you apply for and the account you are placed on
Outsourced projects
The first model involves us building custom software products for our clients. These types of engagements are managed internally and involve various Asymm team members, including project, designers, QA engineers, and other roles. The employee experience for this type of engagement is tightly knit and most of your time will be spent collaborating with other Asymm employees building products for our clients.
Nearshore staff augmentation
The second model is nearshore staff augmentation. This employee experience can be unique because an engineer’s main role is to become embedded into our client’s development team. While you’re still certainly a part of Asymm’s team and culture, you will be working directly with our client’s under their management, policies, and standards, and objectives.

Our Nearshore network is a new program that we’re launching to better service our clients and create solutions for our clients based in the U.S. looking for top software engineering talent in Mexico. Our nearshore network is made up of engineers and other software professionals that might currently have a job but are open to either part-time or full-time roles within a new project.
