Specifically designed with features for  multiple user types such as insureds (clients), brokers, and carriers, Insurcle's solution aims to transform how data is collected and organized, and how policies are created, managed, and renewed. By offering a modern, web-native experience, Insurcle seeks to make the insurance application and management process more efficient through features and functionality that automate and simplify manual processes. Commercial Platform & AMS Analysis

A review of insurance platforms and AMS identified workflow gaps. Stakeholder interviews defined core features, prioritized automation, and set architecture, performance, and scalability goals.

Step 2
UX Design & Wireframing

Wireframes and user flows were created for brokers, clients, and carriers, using a unified design system to ensure brand consistency across components and portals. Stakeholder feedback validated usability for development.

Step 3
Front-End & Back-End Architecture

The platform was developed with React + TypeScript on the front end and Python/Django on the back end, focusing on modularity, maintainability, and performance, with seamless interactions across all user types through fast, scalable APIs.

Infrastructure & Security Implementation

The solution was deployed on AWS for scalability and reliability, using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines for testing and deployment, anticipating future feature development and core AI integrations.
